- 4 medium red potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon barbecue seasoning blend
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pre-cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sour cream (optional)
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with Reynolds® Parchment Paper.
ADD potatoes to parchment-lined pan. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes. Sprinkle with spice; turn potatoes to coat evenly.
BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are done. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and bacon. Return to oven.
CONTINUE BAKING 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
