- 3 tablespoons flour, divided
- 4 Cornish hens (1 1/2 pounds each)
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
SHAKE 1 tablespoon flour in Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size; place in 13x9x2–inch baking pan.
PLACE hens in oven bag. In small bowl, combine remaining flour, marmalade, soy sauce and ginger. Spoon sauce over hens in oven bag.
CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in.
BAKE 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh not touching the bone reads 180°F. Let stand in oven bag 5 minutes. Serve with sauce, if desired.
