- 2 (8-inch) pizza crusts
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium red onion, cut in thin strips
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup ripe olives, cut in wedges
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with Reynolds® Parchment Paper.
PLACE pizza crusts on parchment paper. In a small skillet, over medium heat cook garlic and onion in olive oil 3 to 4 minutes.
BRUSH pizza crusts with olive oil mixture. Top with tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange onion on pizza
BAKE to minutes or until cheese is melted and pizzas are crispy. Garnish with basil.
