Easy Slow Cooker Sausage Lasagna

- 1 pound uncooked ground Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 28-ounce can crushed or diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and onion. Cook and stir, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and basil; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese in a medium bowl.
Line a 5-quart slow cooker with a Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner. Spoon 1/3 of the sausage mixture into the slow cooker. Break 3 lasagna noodles in half and arrange on top of the sausage mixture. Top with half of the ricotta mixture. Repeat to add another layer of sausage mixture, noodles, and cheese mixture. Finish with remaining 1/3 of the sausage mixture.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Remove cover; turn off heat. In a small bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over top. Cover slow cooker; let lasagna stand in the slow cooker base for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese melts and lasagna sets up slightly.
Serve lasagna directly from lined slow cooker. Do not lift or transport liner with food inside. Cool slow cooker completely; remove liner and toss.
