Grilled Flavor Bombs

Try these flavorful grilled bombs for a unique twist on everyday dishes!

Sausage-Stuffed Apple Bomb

What you’ll need:

  • Apples, cooked sausage, peppers, onions and Reynolds Wrap®Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Directions:

  • Slice the top off the apples and core out the center to create a ‘bowl’
  • Cook the sausage, peppers and onions. Spoon sausage filling into apple and top with shredded cheddar cheese
  • Place the apple top back on and wrap completely in Reynolds Wrap®Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • Grill until apple is tender and cooked (approximately 5-8 minutes)

Meatball-Stuffed Onion Bomb

What you’ll need:

  • Medium-sized onions, precooked meatballs, shredded mozzarella cheese and Reynolds Wrap®Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Directions:

  • Cut the bottom off the onion to create a flat surface. Then cut the top (about 1/4 of the way down) off the onion and pull out the center
  • Stuff with shredded mozzarella cheese and precooked meatballs
  • Place the onion top back on and wrap completely in foil
  • Grill until onion is tender and cooked (approximately 6-10 minutes)

Veggie Portabella Mushroom Cap

What you’ll need:

  • Portabella mushroom caps, spiralized carrots, spiralized zucchini, spiralized yellow squash, olive oil, salt, pepper and Reynolds Wrap®Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Directions:

  • Remove mushroom stem and gills to create a bowl shape
  • Spiralize carrots, zucchini, and yellow squash. Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Place spiralized vegetables inside the mushroom caps and wrap completely in Reynolds Wrap®Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • Grill until vegetables are tender (approximately 12-15 minutes)
