Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil makes clean up a breeze!


  • 1 large head orange or white cauliflower, trimmed
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • Italian parsley leaves, for garnish.


Step 1

HEAT oven to 400℉.

Step 2

LINE an iron skillet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil. Leave enough room to enclose the cauliflower completely. Rub butter over cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cauliflower in the center of the foil and scatter onions around it. Pour in stock, and close up the foil tightly.

Step 3

PLACE in oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tender.

Step 4

PEEL back foil, and cook for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally with the liquid in the pan, until golden brown.
