Soy Roasted Salmon

Reynolds Kitchens tip

Bake the salmon in a Reynolds® Bakeware Non-Stick Fish Pan for easy fish release.


  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • two 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 Reynolds® Bakeware Non-Stick Fish Pan


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Step 2

Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl with a whisk until combined and set aside.

Step 3

Place the 2 salmon fillets on to a Reynolds® Bakeware Non-Stick Fish Pan and pour 2 tablespoons of the soy mixture over each salmon fillet.

Step 4

Bake the salmon in the oven on 400° for 16 to 18 minutes or until the salmon is lightly browned and cooked throughout.

Step 5

Baste the salmon with the remaining soy sauce mixture when there is 5 minutes left in the cooking process.

Serving Suggestion

Serve the salmon with cooked wild rice and green beans.
