Reynolds Kitchens® Tips
Ingredients
- 14 ounces smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- 3 ears of corn on the cob, cut into 4 pieces each
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 sweet pepper, any color
- 3 small zucchini
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, as desired
- Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425° F. Tear off six sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil, each 16 inches long, and place on the baking sheet.
Step 2
Chop veggies and sausage into bite-size pieces, and the corn into quarters.
Step 3
Divide the sausage and veggies evenly between the six sheets of foil. Place food on the dull side to prevent sticking. Center the food on each foil sheet.
Step 4
Season each foil packet evenly with the paprika, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bring up the long sides of the foil, so the ends meet over the food.
Step 6
Double fold the ends, leaving room for heat to circulate inside.
Step 7
Double fold the two short ends to seal the packet.
Step 8
Fold the foil around the ingredients like a present.
Step 9
Bake 20–25 minutes.
Step 10
Gingerly open one of the packets and test for doneness.
