A traditional French toast with a splash of citrus and sweet pecan crunch.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 18 to 20 pieces of French bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
Directions
Step 1
Whisk together eggs, orange juice, milk, 3 tablespoons pecans, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 2
Pour half of the mixture into a 13x9x2-inch dish. Place the bread in a single layer on top of the egg batter. Pour the remaining batter over the top of the bread. Cover with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Fry bread in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden on each side.
Step 4
Serve with remaining pecans and maple syrup.
