Homemade Gingerbread Cookie Gift Basket

COMBINE flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. In another large bowl, with an electric mixer at low speed, beat margarine, brown sugar and molasses until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla beat until well mixed. Gradually stir in flour mixture until well blended.

DIVIDE dough in half wrap in Reynolds® Plastic Wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with Reynolds® Parchment Paper set aside. Working with one-fourth of dough at a time, roll out dough –inch thick between two sheets of parchment paper. Using a 5-inch gingerbread man cookie cutter cut out cookies place on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake until edges begin to brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

CUT fruit roll-up candy into fashionable outfits. Attach outfits to gingerbread men with decorators icing. Attach mini candies with decorators icing for eyes, nose, mouth and buttons.

WRAP cookies individually in color plastic wrap and tie with a ribbon at the top of each cookie. Place cookies in a basket lined with color plastic wrap. Add a holiday mug to the basket, if desired.
