Directions

PREHEAT grill to medium-high, 300 - 350°F.

Generously SPRAY the bottom of the foil pan with non-stick cooking spray. RESERVE 1 cup of the broken graham crackers. ARRANGE half of the remaining broken graham crackers evenly in bottom of pan. SPRINKLE 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of peanut butter chips evenly over the graham crackers.

ARRANGE half of the large and half of the miniature marshmallows evenly over the chocolate and peanut butter chips. SPRINKLE 1 cup of chocolate and 1 cup of peanut butter chips over the marshmallows. ARRANGE the remaining half of broken graham crackers on top. TOP with remaining large marshmallows and mini marshmallows. SPRINKLE with final cup of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. ARRANGE the 1 cup of reserved graham crackers on top. COVER the pan with the sheet of non-stick foil.

PLACE the pan on pre-heated grill. CLOSE grill lid and grill for 10 minutes. Open the lid and carefully remove the foil cover from the pan. CLOSE the grill and continue grilling for 10 to 12 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and beginning to melt.

Use grill gloves to CAREFULLY slide pan from the grill onto a sturdy sheet pan. SPRINKLE the colorful sprinkles over hot marshmallows, if desired. SPOON hot Gooey S'mores onto small plates and eat while warm. Leftovers will have to be rewarmed to eat as marshmallows will harden when cool.
