Directions

PREHEAT grill to medium-high, 350 - 400°F.

PLACE the 18x18-inch sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil on counter. LAYER the cut potatoes, onion, bell pepper and crushed garlic in the center of the sheet of foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

FOLD foil into packet by bringing the two long sides over the food, then make two half-inch folds, not pressing foil down on the food. Fold the two ends of the foil two times to seal the packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Place packet on sheet pan to transport to grill.

SLIDE packet onto preheated grill. CLOSE the grill lid and grill for 20 to 25 minutes until potatoes reach the desired softness. Using grill gloves, CAREFULLY slide the packet back onto the sheet pan. Use oven mitts and a knife carefully cut open the top of packet, allowing seam to escape. SPRINKLE with parsley, if desired. Serve hot.
