Ingredients
- 1 small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4 to 6 oz. each)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Step 1
PREHEAT grill to medium-high OR oven to 450°F.
Step 2
CENTER onion slices and one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Brush each chicken breast half with 1/4 teaspoon olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon basil,1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt and lemon pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.
Step 3
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
Step 4
GRILL 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill OR
Step 5
BAKE 18 to 20 minutes on cookie sheet in oven.
