Reynolds Kitchens Tip

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chipotle pepper canned in adobo sauce, diced finely
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the chipotle chili can)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 8 slider buns
Directions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, and 1/4 cup of the blue cheese. Form into 8 patties.
Step 2
In a large skillet, brown the patties on each side over medium heat until no longer pink.
Step 3
Keep patties in the skillet and top with remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles. Cover skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until blue cheese melts.
Step 4
Serve sliders on buns with bacon and green onions on top.
