Reynolds Kitchens Tip
Bake in a Non-Stick Reynolds® 13x9 Bakeware Pan with Lid and Carrier for easy release and transport.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds sliced red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 6 chopped strips crisp cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°.
Step 2
Toss together the potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper until combined.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a Reynolds® 13x9 Bakeware pan and bake in the oven at 450° for 30 to 35 minutes or until the potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
Step 4
Remove the pan from the oven and evenly sprinkle the cheese over top. Return the pan to the oven and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top of the potatoes and sprinkle on the chopped, crispy bacon and sliced green onions.
Step 6
Serve hot.
