White Chocolate & Blackberry S'mores

Oven-broiled melty s'mores require aluminum foil. The kitchen pantry staple withstands the high heat of the broiler so the marshmallows toast and the chocolate melts. This recipe swaps out white chocolate bar for milk chocolate, and chocolate graham crackers for regular. Blackberry jam brings a fruit finish to the treat. If you need a campsite option, place marshmallows on end of long skewer; hold over flame 30 to 60 seconds, turning frequently. Assemble the s'mores on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- 1/4 of a 4-ounce white chocolate bar
- 2 chocolate graham crackers or regular graham crackers
- 2 large marshmallows, toasted
- 2 tablespoons blackberry jam
- Aluminum foil
Place 4 crackers on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Layer 1 ounce of white chocolate and 2 to 3 large marshmallows on each. Broil 4 inches from heat 30 to 60 seconds. Remove; top with 2 to 3 tablespoons jam. Top with cracker.
