Ingredients

  • Reynolds® StayBrite® Baking Cups (Tiffany Swirl)
  • 1 package (18.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 container (16 oz.) ready-to-spread white frosting
  • Blue food coloring
  • Chocolate Morsels
  • 2 Zipper Bags

Directions

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

Step 2

PLACE Reynolds Baking Cups in muffin pans; set aside.

Step 3

PREPARE cake mix following package directions for 24 cupcakes. Spoon batter into baking cups.

Step 4

BAKE following package directions (17 to 23 minutes). Cool.

Step 5

TINT frosting blue. Place inside of zipper bag. Cut large corner off bag and pipe each cupcake with frosting.

Step 6

MAKE chocolate morsel drizzles 1.Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe container. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds to 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds until the chocolate is melted. 2.Put chocolate chips into a second zipper bag. Cut off a very small corner. 3.Squeeze bag in a back-and-forth motion over the cupcakes.

Step 7
