Ingredients

  • 1 Reynolds® Bakeware non-stick fish pan
  • 1 cup of softened unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of roughly chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • two 6 ounce swordfish fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • serving suggestions: serve with brown rice and broccoli
  • 1 Reynolds® Bakeware non-stick fish pan

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Step 2

Whisk together the butter, dill, capers, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 3

Season the swordfish in both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place the swordfish on a Reynolds® Bakeware non-stick fish pan.

Step 5

Place 2 tablespoons of the herb butter on top of each swordfish fillet.

Step 6

Bake in the oven at 400° for 16 to 18 minutes or until the swordfish is lightly browned on top and cooked throughout.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with a side of cooked brown rice and steamed broccoli.
