Sweet Pineapple Glazed Ham Recipe

With a few simple ingredients, you can turn your traditional ham into a delicious sweet favorite at the dinner table. Line your baking pan with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and bake for one to 1 1/2 hours, adding the simple brown sugar and maple syrup mix during the last 30 minutes.
- 10 pound ham
- 100 whole cloves
- 1 1/2 cups of pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
PREHEAT the oven to 325°.
PLACE the ham in a Reynolds® Bakeware roasting pan, and place it on a sheet pan, and press each clove into the ham 1 inch apart from each other covering all sides of the ham.
Next, in a small sized saucepot add the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and honey and whisk until combined. Place the saucepot on a burner on high heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by half.
Once the pineapple glaze is done cooking, whisk in the butter and baste the ham on all sides reserving some to baste throughout the cooking process as well as serving alongside once the ham is finished.
PLACE ham in the bakeware pan on the sheet pan in the oven and cook for 90 minutes, while continuing to baste with the pineapple glaze through out the cooking process.
Once finished, let the ham rest for 10 minutes and slice before serving.
