Spicy Szechuan Beef with Peppers

- 2 pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1 inch long pieces
- 10 dried Arbol chilies
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag
PREHEAT the oven to 400°
ADD 1 tablespoon of flour to a Reynolds® Oven Bag and shake. Place the bag in a 13x9x2 inch casserole dish.
MIX all of the ingredients in a large bowl and pour it into the Reynolds® Oven Bag.
CLOSE the bag and seal it with the provided tie.
CUT 6 half-inch slits in the top of the bag and tuck all of the ends into the pan.
BAKE for 30-35 minutes on 400° or until the meat has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees F, or the meat is browned.
REMOVE the Spicy Szechuan Beef with Peppers from the bag once the cooking time has expired and drain any excess liquid from the bag.
Serve over cooked Pad Thai noodles.
