Soy Roasted Salmon

Sink your teeth into this deliciously sweet and savory Soy Roasted Salmon! Serve it along side some wild rice and fresh beans.
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- two 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 1 Reynolds® Bakeware Non-Stick Fish Pan
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl with a whisk until combined and set aside.
Place the 2 salmon fillets on to a Reynolds® Bakeware Non-Stick Fish Pan and pour 2 tablespoons of the soy mixture over each salmon fillet.
Bake the salmon in the oven on 400° for 16 to 18 minutes or until the salmon is lightly browned and cooked throughout.
Baste the salmon with the remaining soy sauce mixture when there is 5 minutes left in the cooking process.
Serve the salmon with cooked wild rice and green beans.
