Oven Baked Chinese Spare Ribs

- 1 rack of Chinese Spare ribs cut into individual bones
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Chinese 5-spice
- 1 cup of hoison sauce
- 3/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
PREHEAT the oven to 350°.
WHISK together in a bowl the hoison sauce, ketchup, honey and soy sauce until combined and set aside.
ADD the ribs to a large bowl and season by rubbing them with the Chinese 5-spice and salt and pepper.
PLACE the ribs side by side in a Reynolds® Lasagna Bakeware Pan, baste them with a small amount of the honey-hoison sauce and bake in the oven on 350° for 2 1/2 hours. They will become dark in color and the meat will easily pull away from the bone when they’re finished.
BASTE the ribs every 20-25 minutes or until the sauce is gone.
