Layered Chocolate-Strawberry Fudge

This fudge is easy and delicious. Layer with semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate and strawberry for an extra sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 14 oz. (1 can) sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 6 oz. white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid strawberry flavor drink mix
  • Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil

Directions

Step 1

LINE 8-inch square pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, with ends of foil extending over sides

Step 2

MICROWAVE semi-sweet chocolate and 3/4 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.

Step 3

MICROWAVE white chocolate and remaining milk in separate microwaveable bowl 1 minute or until chocolate is almost melted. Add drink mix; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer.

Step 4

REFRIDGERATE for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
