Honey Mustard Baked Salmon

- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 pound salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
SHAKE flour in Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Shake flour to center of bag.
COMBINE mayonnaise, mustard, honey and red pepper. Spread about 3 tablespoons of the mixture on top of salmon fillets. Add to bag. Sprinkle with parsley.
CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan
BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with fork. Remove skin if desired; Stir sauce in bag and serve with salmon.
