  • 2 1/2 cubed firm-textured bread (about 3-1/2 slices)
  • 4 ounces cubed fully cooked ham (3/4 cup)
  • 1 8-ounce can pear halves or slices (juice pack), drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Reynolds® Bakeware


Step 1

In a Reynolds® Bakeware 8x8-inch pan layer bread, ham, chopped pears, and shredded cheese.

Step 2

Combine eggs, milk, and nutmeg, and pour evenly into dish. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.

Step 3

Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree F oven about 45 minutes or until center is just set and top is golden. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Garnish with additional pear slices, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
