Using Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil to grill pizza makes cooking, cleaning up and wrapping leftovers a breeze.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz.) pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 8-10 kalamata olives, pitted and cut in half
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil

Directions

Step 1

PREHEAT grill to 450°F. Roll or pat pizza dough into a 14-inch circle on a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Brush dough with olive oil.

Step 2

SPRINKLE on oregano and lemon zest. Add green peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, feta and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

GRILL 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill over indirect heat.
