  • 1 (15.6-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury® Cranberry Quick Bread & Muffin Mix 
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans 
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 


Step 1

Heat oven to °F. In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, walnuts, butter and egg; mix well. Shape dough into /inch balls. Place inches apart on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. With glass dipped in sugar, press each to /inch thickness.

Step 2

Bake at °F. for to minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Remove from cookie sheets.
