Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Sink your teeth into these incredibly delicious and easy to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls that are perfect for any occasion.
- 2 cups of smooth peanut butter
- 1 stick of melted butter, cooled to room temperature
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of crunched up corn flakes
- 8 ounces of melted semi-sweet chocolate
- Reynolds® Bakeware Cookie Sheets with Parchment Lining
MIX the peanut butter and butter in a large bowl until it is combined and gradually add in the powdered sugar until it is mixed in.
FOLD in the crunched up corn flakes and let the batter sit for 15 to 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
FORM small peanut butter balls, about 1" in diameter, and place them on 2 Reynolds Bakeware® Cookie Sheets with Parchment Lining in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow them to firm up.
MELT the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, about 1 minute, and dip 1 peanut butter ball at a time with 2 spoons, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off and set them back on the 2 Reynolds® Bakeware® Cookie Sheets with Parchment Lining. Line up 4 to a row please.
REPEAT until all of the peanut butter balls have been dipped in chocolate.
COOL and serve.
