Cheesy Pizza Dip

Dump all the things you love about pizza into a oven bag and pop into the microwave for a saucy, cheesy dip that pairs perfectly with hot-out-of-the-oven breadsticks—plus the oven bag means virtually no cleanup time!

Liven up any occasion with this always crowd-pleasing appetizer, afternoon snack, or late night bite. Make it in an oven bag and eliminate the mess of this cheesy dip. Plus, oven bags are microwave-safe, so you can whip this dip up in no time!
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 jar (24 oz.) marinara sauce
- 1 bag (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 recipe Parmesan Breadsticks (below)
ADD flour to a Reynolds® Large Oven Bag. Shake. Place bag in 2-quart casserole dish at least 2 inches deep.
PLACE marinara sauce, 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, parsley, and garlic in bag*. Close bag with tie (found inside package) 4 inches from top. Use hands to gently mix ingredients in bag. Cut six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Tuck ends of bag in dish.
PLACE pan in microwave, allowing room for bag to expand during cooking. Bag should not hang over pan.
MICROWAVE 5 to 7 minutes on high or until marinara is warmed through.
CUT open top of oven bag carefully. Remember: Always support bag with dish.
SPRINKLE hot dip with remaining 4 oz. mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Serve with Parmesan Breadsticks.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with Reynolds® Parchment Paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll 1 package (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough into a 10x8-inch rectangle. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Fold the dough in half to make a 5x8-inch rectangle; press lightly to seal the edges. Fold dough in half again to make a 5x4-inch rectangle. Cut into ten 4x 1/2-inch strips. Twist each strip two or three times. Place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake 14 to 18 minutes until the breadsticks are golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
