Asian Tilapia with Asparagus

- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine or apple juice
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 asparagus spears
- 4 pieces tilapia fillets
- Salt and pepper
- Few sprigs cilantro (optional)
- 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag
Place an Reynolds® Oven Bag in 2-quart oval dish (or similar-sized microwave safe dish).
Combine flour, soy sauce, wine, ginger, green onion and garlic cloves in bowl and stir to blend. Add asparagus to oven bag and arrange along sides of bag. Place tilapia fillets in center of asparagus.
Spoon sauce over tilapia fillets and asparagus. Close oven bag with nylon tie (included in package); cut 6 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Tuck ends of oven bag in pan. Microwave on high for 6–7 minutes, turning dish halfway through if dish is too big to turn on the rotating carousel.
Carefully cut the oven bag open. Remove vegetables and fish using a spatula. Spoon excess sauce over fish, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with rice (made separately). Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
