Directions

Place ribs on a sheet of Reynolds Kitchens® Parchment Paper for easy cleanup.

Generously sprinkle dry rub over the front and back of the ribs. Then use roughly 1 cup of spice rub to coat the ribs front and back (your hands will get dirty, but the mess is worth it!). Then coat the ribs, front and back, with 1 cup barbecue sauce.

Next, take a Reynolds Kitchens® Oven Bag and sprinkle 1 tbsp. of flour inside, giving it a good shake to spread it around, per the box instructions.

Then place the ribs inside the bag, secure it with the tie provided in the box, and tuck the top of the bag under the side of the ribs.

Place the ribs back in the refrigerator to marinade if time permits.

When you are ready to cook your ribs, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Cut 6 slits along the top of the oven bag.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet in the oven and let cook for 1-1/2 hours.

After removing the ribs from the oven and letting them cool for a few minutes, carefully cut the bag open. Watch out for that steam! Apply the remaining 1/2-cup of barbecue sauce to the cooked ribs. Serve at once!
