Chicken "Oven-Baked" Stir-Fry
1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
1 pound chicken tenders
1 package (14 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Serve over rice.
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
- SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan with opening towards wide side of pan.
- ADD stir-fry sauce to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add chicken and vegetables to bag. Turn bag to coat ingredients with sauce. Arrange ingredients evenly in bag.
- CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan.
