Breakfast Baking Cups

Sausage and Pancake Muffins

  • 1 package of instant pancake mix
  • 1 lb. of ground sausage (browned on the skillet)
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together and fill each Reynolds® StayBrite® Baking Cup half-full with the mixture and bake on 400 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes.

You’ll Need…

Sausage and Egg Muffins

  • 1 cup of all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 lb. of ground sausage (browned on the skillet)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and fill each Reynolds® StayBrite® Baking Cup half-full with the mixture and bake on 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
